Parishioner Database Update Form
We are in the process of updating our parish membership records so we have accurate information in our database. We are requesting that ALL households please complete and return the mailed form to the parish office by December 20, 2024, either by mail or placing it in the collection basket at Mass. As of 12/4/2024 we have 208 out of 1174 forms returned. If you would prefer to fill out a digital form, please see below.
Non-dependent children over the age of 25 still living at home should register themselves separately from their parents. Thank you for your help in this effort!
